Rule 21
Export Certificate of Airworthiness
:
(1) In the event that an aircraft registered in the name of a person or an organization in the Dominion of Nepal or leased and operated is destroyed so that it cannot be operated in the Dominion of Nepal, if any aircraft is permanently sent out of the country so as not to fly and operate in the Dominion of Nepal, or in the event that the registration of the aircraft is canceled in accordance with Rule 13, the owner of such aircraft shall Or the person or organization operating such an aircraft on lease should submit an application to the Director General for the certificate of airworthiness (Export Certificate of Airworthiness) in the format mentioned in the Annex and Manual, along with the fees mentioned in Schedule-1. .
(2) After receiving the application according to sub-rule (1), if the director general has made necessary checks and found that the amount to be paid to the Government of Nepal and the authority has been paid, a certificate of airworthiness (Export Certificate of Airworthiness) will be given to such aircraft in the format mentioned in the annex and manual.
(3) Other procedures related to giving the certificate of airworthiness (Export Certificate of Airworthiness) when sending the aircraft out will be as mentioned in the annex and manual.
